The average length of time each member of our team has spent with the company is in excess of 15 years. This consistency means that we enjoy genuine professional relationships with our clients, which have developed over time.

John Truslove MRICS IRRV

Director

Founded the business in 1981, with the offices initially being based in Alvechurch, prior to moving to Redditch. Worlds No 1 Fan of Ayrton Senna and Eric Clapton “but his stinging blues, not soft-rock”. Widely known for his vintage joke collection and given the nickname ‘Norman Hunter’ in footballing circles.

Ian Parker BSc (Hons) MRICS

Director

Joined the Firm in 1996 and has since developed a respected reputation in the both the local and regional Commercial Property Market. Known for a deceptive turn of pace on the football pitch and a lethal toe-poke. Key responsibilities include selecting the weekly joke for the Advertiser. 

Adrian Powell FRICS

Director

Highly regarded second-generation Residential Surveyor, with extensive knowledge and experience of the Worcestershire and West Midlands Property Market’s. Active Member of Bromsgrove Courtleet, regularly found on the fairways of Aberdovey.

Ruth Banting BA (Hons):

PA

PA to Ian Parker and Ben Truslove.  Often the first point of contact for Clients/Occupiers with regards to commercial  lettings and sales, helping to keep transactions moving, and additionally implementing residential surveys and valuations. Currently studying hard for a Masters Degree in English Literature. Her husband is in local band Skabucks, so Ruth is regularly spotted skanking away in the bars around Bromsgrove.

Nina Dolan

Property Manager

Recently promoted to Property Manager, following several years experience across both the Redditch and Bromsgrove Offices. Responsible for looking after the 200+ units currently on our books and actively growing this side of the business further. Previously known as ‘Girl Friday’, she has developed into a key member of the professional team. Enjoys music, dancing and the odd night out. 

Lynn Ball

Accounts

Long-standing Accounts Clerk who has over 15 years previous experience with a major High Street Bank. Extremely well organised, chases debts efficiently and balances the books with a smile. Much loved member of the Team who enjoys terrifying films and gruesome TV series’.

Lynda Morrison

Administration

An excellent and consistent typist, with great attention to detail. Adopts a proactive attitude and has suggested and implemented changes to our filing and administration processes. Loves live music and football, also able to translate hieroglyphics/surveyors notes with relative ease.

Barbara Coleman

Reception

A friendly face on Reception, well known to our Clients and a handful of Tenants who still pay their rents in person, with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Neasom and White portfolio. Great sense of humour and responsible for an enormous family, predominantly spread across the Europe and Africa.

Robert Truslove ACIOB

Building Surveyor

Our in-house Building Surveyor has a wealth of experience with regard to commercial and residential construction, providing services including Dilapidations Reports, Schedules of Condition and Planned Maintenance Programmes. He loves a good Shashlick at the weekend and has a black belt in Karaoke.

Ben Truslove BSc (Hons) MRICS

Director

Joined the family firm in 2012 having previously been the most active Acquisition Surveyor within NFU Mutual’s Property Team, during the largest expansion drive in the company’s 100 year history. Enthusiastic golfer, who tends to utilise zig-zagging approach play with a liberal sprinkling of expletives.
