John Truslove combs Alcester to find Green Ape Media the right offices

A fast growing Warwickshire marketing company has moved into new offices in Alcester, with the aid of commercial property agents John Truslove.

Green Ape Media has moved from 3 Arrow Court, Adams Way in Alcester to its own dedicated courtyard offices at 55 High Street.

The business is the brainchild of Zeta Hewings and Wayne McCormack who originally set up Green Ape Media in 2022 in the offices of Zoo Accounting & Business Solutions, which they established in 2017.

Wayne McCormack said: “Green Ape Media was established to provide a one-stop shop for all your business’s digital requirements, from a website that reflects who you are, your products and services, to the social media and SEO support needed to help you build that business.

“Working together with Zoo Accounting & Business Solutions, we can provide all the services and support both for fledgling and mature, growing businesses.”

Hewings and McCormack are also known locally as co-owners and vice-chairpersons of Redditch United Football Club, a role they have held since July 2021.

Ben Truslove, joint managing director of John Truslove, said: “It’s always a particular pleasure for us at John Truslove when we can help a business move to enable it to grow.

“We worked with Zeta and Wayne when Zoo Accounting & Business Solutions acquired its own 1,320 sq ft offices at 3 Arrow Court in 2020.

“So when they were looking for specific offices for Green Ape Media, we found them just what they required, close by in Alcester.”

Green Ape Media has taken 695 sq ft on a two lease at £9,000 per annum.

Alcester has become famous nationally as the setting for the fictional town of Blossom Vale featured in the TV crime series “The Hairdresser Mysteries” starring Sally Phillips as Lily Petal, the sleuth with the scissors. Many of its streets, alleyways and shops have been dressed up as the local business featured in the drama which premiered on BBC One in July this year.

Located in picturesque Warwickshire countryside, it is also well positioned nationally with links to the M42 and M40 to the north and east, and the M5 to the West.
