Marketing company Mooch Creative expands again at Brockhill Court, aided by John Truslove

A Redditch marketing company has expanded to new premises for the third time in less than eight years, with the ongoing help of commercial property agents John Truslove.

Mooch Creative has now expanded to a team of more than 20, driving its move into larger offices at Swallows Barn on the Brockhill Court estate of barn conversion business premises, just outside Redditch in the Worcestershire countryside.

Managing director Mark Greenway has overseen Mooch’s growth and credits the firm’s mix of traditional marketing skills combined with the latest digital technology.

“There’s a tremendous amount of data out there. The trick is to interpret that data in an intelligent way and apply the skills of our creative team to make sure our client’s message is reaching the right audience.

“Most of our work is business-to-business and we tend to specialise in the engineering and manufacturing sector. They can be very demanding clients which keeps us at the top of our game.

“We have a broad-based team that has built up a strong reputation over the years, which has in turn driven growth across the company. We have just recruited a new creative director, Luke Skinner, which is allowing my fellow director Daniel Berry to join me in focusing on driving the business forward.”

Since moving into the small Dairies office block, Mooch Creative has expanded into The Mill House before needing to move again. The firm contacted the landlord and the retained commercial property agents John Truslove.

Mr Greenway said: “It is currently very difficult to find office premises that fit the bill – there is very high demand. We had said we would be interested in the Swallows Barn and when it became vacant we seized the opportunity.

“Ian Parker at John Truslove was great, helping ensure the move went smoothly. They really are very good at what they do.

“It’s a great location and has a wonderful feel to it. The barn conversions have been very well done and the rural surroundings help make it a great place to work for our team.

Ian Parker, joint managing director at John Truslove, helped Mooch Creative agree a five year lease with the landlord on 1,854 sq ft of office space at Swallows Barn.

He said: “The vacancy at Swallows Barn provided an ideal opportunity for our landlord client to retain an excellent tenant, while Mooch Creative has more space in which to continue its growth.

“We have been delighted to be able to continue working with Mark Greenway at the Mooch team as they have grown into what is now their third set of premises on the Brockhill Court estate.

“This has proven a high quality office development of seven barn conversions, fulfilling a clear need for this kind of commercial property. Our unrivalled knowledge of the local market means we are always ideally placed to help firms find the right premises to cater for the next stage in their growth, while also securing excellent tenants for our landlord clients.”
