We have a highly experienced in-house Chartered Building Surveyor, who has a great depth of technical knowledge with respect to construction and extensive experience of dilapidations negotiations.
Acting on behalf of Landlords and Tenants, we are experienced in handling Dilapidations Claims from the initial preparation of Schedules to resolving complex technical arguments and negotiating financial settlements.
The level of service can range from a joint inspection on site for half-an-hour to provide initial advice through to producing in-depth annotated Schedules of Condition for Tenants entering into new Leases.
Our Building Surveyor provides guidance and pro-active advice for a variety of purposes including; condition surveys, development monitoring/supervision and the preparation of planned maintenance programmes.
