We were instructed on behalf of Lloyds Bank to provide a Red Book Valuation with regards the detached two storey office building in Redditch which was being acquired by their Customers Pension Scheme.

We undertook a detailed inspection of the premises including a measured survey and prepared a formal Valuation and Red Book compliant Report for the Bank.

In addition, we prepared a formal Report for the purchaser’s SIPP again compliant with the Red Book.

On completion of the purchase we commenced marketing the offices, given our knowledge and expertise of the area we were able to secure a Tenant swiftly; reporting to the SIPP Provider.

We have been able to provide a range of Valuations for the SIPP to comply with their three-year revaluation requirements and also more informal desk top Reports.
